The folder will be deleted along with its content. rmdir /s /q D:\TESTFOLDER\testĬhange the destination path to the folder location that you want to delete. The following code uses the rmdir command to delete a directory tree. To delete a folder and its contents manually, open the command prompt through the Start menu or search bar. It does not prompt for a confirmation when deleting a folder, and it will only work if /s is specified.
